About FREEMENCOUNCIL.ORG

FREEMENCOUNCIL.ORG is an independent educational archive examining the development and operation of authority: sovereignty, jurisdiction, property, legal identity and status, courts and procedure, public finance, and the institutions through which power is exercised.

The archive investigates ideas historically and through sources. Where an interpretation of law is contested, it is examined on the record: what the cited instruments say, when they were made, how they were read at the time, and how later readings departed from them. The posture is investigative. Readers are given the documents and left to reach their own conclusions.

Material is organized into seven collections and an Archive Library of reference works. Everything in the digital archive is free to read.

FREEMENCOUNCIL.ORG is published for educational and historical research purposes. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing in this archive should be relied upon as such.
